A TEST OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

TOEFL

TOEFL, developed and hosted by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) of the United States. Starting from January 21, 2026, the TOEFL iBT has undergone a major overhaul, introducing an adaptive test mechanism and a brand-new scoring standard. The new TOEFL scores are recognized by over 160 countries and more than 12,000 universities, research institutes and institutions around the world.

The new TOEFL test, integrating artificial intelligence adaptive question matching technology, can more accurately assess the language proficiency of test-takers. The examination content covers four parts: reading, listening, writing and speaking, and the entire process is computerized. The reading and listening sections adopt a multi-stage adaptive mechanism. The writing section has added an email writing question type, and the speaking section has added a simulated interview question type, which is closer to the real academic and workplace communication scenarios. Candidates who perform well in the new TOEFL test prove that they have solid language skills for successful learning, research and communication in an English-taught environment.

An outstanding new TOEFL score report can help you meet the language admission requirements when applying to overseas universities, exempting you from conditional admission or language foundation courses and allowing you to directly enter the formal degree program.
